About .htaccess File
htaccess is used by all webmaster for all kinds of things. I'll try to explain somthing about this file.
File ".htaccess" is a file in ASCII format and can be created with any text editor (e.g: Notepad)

Note!
.htaccess is an extension of a file. There is no such a "file.htaccess" or "somthing.htaccess"

To create this type of file, we open Notepad and then we save file with name ".htaccess"
